Check-in & out times

• We require bookings to be a minimum of 24 hours before check-in.

• Check-in from 14:00 daily.

• Check out before 10:00 on the day of your departure

Minimum Stay

• Regular season: 2 nights minimum

• Peak season: 5 nights minimum

• We require a 50% deposit to secure the booking; balance payable on arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

• 30 days prior to arrival, a 10% admin fee is charged to cover banking and handling charges.

• Between 10 and 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be retained.

• Less than 10 days prior to arrival, 100% of the deposit is retained.

• Peak Season Bookings: Cancellations prior to 60 days before arrival incur a 10% admin charge and cancellations between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival forfeit 50% of the deposit.

• Peak season less than 30 days prior to arrival: 100% of the deposit is retained.
